The daily K-line reached a high of 2568 and a low of 2360. The highest point just touched the upward trend resistance level without breaking it. If the closing price at 8 AM is below 2425, the market will further decline. The MACD will continue to decrease in volume and accumulate, and the DIF and DEA have already started to impact the 0 axis downwards. The K-line is testing the lower support of the Bollinger Bands at 2365. After further probing the bottom, if it goes south, we can consider taking all profits and thinking about going north.

The four-hour K-line had a wave of false highs after a bullish breakout of the EMA trend indicator, followed by a shooting star, breaking down through the trend indicator. The MACD volume has ended and is starting to decrease. The DIF and DEA formed a death cross below the 0 axis, further confirming the bearish trend. Additionally, the lower Bollinger Band at 2455 has been lost, and the K-line has exited the Bollinger Band channel. The market overall has not yet entered extreme oversold territory, indicating that there is still momentum for further probing the bottom. Before that, it is not recommended to go north; instead, focus on continuing to go south after a pullback.
