This morning, Bitcoin and Ethereum dropped to a low of 102,600 and 2,430, respectively, before starting to rebound. The previous low points after the decline were not broken, so there is no need to excessively chase shorts, similar to not chasing longs at 110,000. After the market builds a bottom again, a rebound is expected, with attention on the daily MA resistance at 106,500 and 2,600 after a breakdown.

The daily K-line pattern for Bitcoin and Ethereum shows a significant drop over the past two days, forming a long bearish candle, and is currently in a rebound phase after a correction. The 4-hour level shows slight fluctuations after a sharp drop, with K-lines exhibiting narrow low-level volatility. In terms of technical indicators, both the daily and 4-hour levels are in a death cross state, with the histogram continuously expanding, indicating that bearish strength is dominant. However, since the lower low has not been broken, we mainly look for rebounds.

Evening operation suggestions: BTC: enter long around 104,000 to 104,500, target around 106,500; ETH: enter long around 2,500 to 2,520, target around 2,580.
