Hackathon Overview

ETHBratislava Hackathon Vol.2 brought together 54 developers and approved 11 projects, becoming an important event for the Ethereum community. This hackathon was held at the Slovak University of Technology, allowing participants to attend the ETHBratislava conference for free, which helped developers explore the forefront of blockchain technology.

The projects made significant progress in addressing Ethereum's scalability and interoperability issues, particularly excelling in the "World Computer" track. The "Zircuit Restaking Track" also brought important innovations, focusing on enhancing security and scalability through AI-driven zk rollups technology. The "European Stablecoin EURØP Challenge" aimed to develop a euro-backed stablecoin, promoting the implementation of digital currency concepts in European regulation.

Participants not only received guidance from experienced mentors and opportunities to connect with industry leaders, but there were also recruiters on-site looking for technical talent. The event concluded with a party that combined celebration and networking. A total prize pool of 4,000 euros fostered an innovative atmosphere of competition and collaboration among developers. ETHBratislava Vol.2 successfully incubated innovative ideas that will impact the future of Ethereum while strengthening community ties.
