Nearly every feature on Fluid is vastly superior to what competitors offer, so much so that it’s hard to pick a standout. Whether it's the industry-leading liquidation engine that supports up to 97% liquidation thresholds with penalties as low as 0.1%, or Smart Collateral that enables borrowing against DEX LPs and other assets, or anything else.

But my personal favorite is Smart Debt - creating passive DEX liquidity out of debt. This is a powerful feature that no one else has and likely can’t replicate. Already, nearly $100M in USDT-USDC DEX liquidity has been generated this way - completely passively, without anyone needing to quote, LP, or actively market-make.

And it's only going to get better. With the launch of DEX v2, Smart Debt will combine passive LPing with active market making enabled by range orders on debt positions or the innovative AMM design recently proposed by @Dave__White, @danrobinson, and @ciamac, which supports infinite tokens in a single pool. This will further extend our Smart Debt advantage.
