The same goes for investing; choose fields you are familiar with and projects you understand, delve deep, and seek to comprehend, rather than being tempted by every opportunity that "looks good." Investing is like hiking; while the scenery is important, what matters more is: focus on your feet and take each step well in the present.

No one can tell you where the finish line is in advance. But as long as your direction is right, your rhythm is steady, and your load is light, you will eventually reach your own "meadow."
