The most explosive market in a bull market is countless opportunities for getting rich. It's not about 20 or 50 points, nor is it a 2 or 5 times increase. It's about a 20x or 50x great market.
And it's the sectors taking turns to rise. As long as you hold your coins, sooner or later it will be your coin's turn to skyrocket. If you're lucky enough to catch two rounds of rotation, it's simply unimaginable.
We often see people shouting, "Is the big one coming?" and we also see people shouting, "This April/May." So, is it coming soon?
Regarding this question, I want to analyze it from the perspective of capital. I think the situation is changing, the situation is changing, the long and short game is changing, and the manipulators are also changing. So simply replicating history and data may not necessarily be successful.
And the capital and irrational behavior are the first principles. No matter how the manipulators draw the candlesticks, release bearish news, the capital is real. Similarly, no matter when, people can never overcome their own weaknesses and make irrational decisions. Therefore, from the perspective of capital, we judge the wave of getting rich in the bull market. It mainly comes from the superimposed release of three waves of capital.
- Switching capital of BTC
A round of a big altcoin market is always after a big rise in BTC. Then the market also forms a consensus, BTC rises first, and then the altcoins fly around. Besides consensus, an important point is that the profit-taking funds of BTC will enter the altcoins. Just imagine, when BTC reaches $100,000, the total market value will reach $2 trillion. Even if only 5%-10% of the funds switch to altcoins, that's $100 billion to $200 billion in funds. You should know that usually, an increase of $1 billion in USDT issuance can make people ecstatic, let alone $100 billion.
- Empty market funds
Before a wave of market starts, it often goes through a round of adjustment. Many people will panic and cut their losses, holding a handful of USDT. And when BTC is rising, it is basically in a state of being empty, often in a situation of not daring to buy. As the market continues to rise, these empty market funds will slowly start to buy. Due to the large size of the market, during the rising process starting from a bottom, often hundreds of billions of dollars will be bought.
- New entry funds
With the previous two waves of funds, there will be coins that skyrocket, and leading coins that skyrocket. For example, in 2021, doge and shib. Those who are in the car, their relatives and friends will also bring them into the market. Even in 2021, many friends around me only knew about Bitcoin and Dogecoin, and hadn't even heard of Ethereum. The entry of new people is often like this, buying a little to try it out, and after a while, finding that it has risen, they believe that the coin circle is indeed a place full of gold everywhere. Then regretting that they bought too little, they continue to increase their investment and enter the market in a hurry.
Understanding the three major logics of the bull market from the perspective of capital, can we see clearly when the big one is coming. So, from this logic, it's not possible for the big one to come now.
First is the switching capital of BTC. One is that BTC's rise is in the middle position, and there are relatively few willing to switch to altcoins now. Second, the main driving force of this year's market is ETF funds, and these funds cannot be switched to altcoins.
Secondly, the empty market funds, the overall market positions are relatively heavy, and there are not too many empty market funds.
