Max cap per individual LST: 200K

Max cap global (all LSTs deposits combined): 500K

There's plenty of room to deposit when they open. Last time gas spiked, and after a few hs there was still capacity, so it could be a good idea to monitor TVL in real-time and avoid frenzy.
